Ingredients for Bottle Gourd Dal
ane loving cup Masoor Dal (red lentils)
ane loving cup Moong Dal (green gram)
ane modest Bottle Gourd
ane large Tomato (cut into pieces)
ane large Onion (sliced)
ane dried Red Chili
½ tsp Turmeric powder
two tbsp Mustard Oil
Salt to taste
iv cups of Water
How to brand Bottle Gourd Dal
Mix together with launder both the dals together together with function along it aside.
Peel the bottle gourd together with cutting them into cubes.
Heat the mustard stone oil inwards a deep bottom vessel.
Now add together the dried blood-red chili together with the sliced onion together with sauté.
Add the dal straight off into the wok together with function along sauting on a medium flame.
Now add together the cubed bottle gourd together with sauté.
Add the tomatoes straight off together with function along sauting.
Now add together turmeric powder
Add tabular array salt equally required.
Saute everything good for two minutes.
Add the H2O now.
Cook the dal till everything is cooked well.
Delicious Bottle Gourd Dal is straight off ready.
